Our fleet

Small fleet. Big maintenance discipline.

Eleven vehicles, inspected weekly, washed daily. Every van in our fleet is selected for one of three jobs and never asked to do another.

Why a small fleet matters

We deliberately keep the fleet small. Eleven vehicles is enough to cover Greater Los Angeles around the clock — and small enough that our safety lead, Wesley, personally inspects every vehicle on a fixed weekly rotation. No vehicle leaves the lot with a deferred maintenance ticket open. No exceptions.

Each van is dedicated to a purpose: ambulatory, wheelchair-accessible, stretcher, or bariatric. Cross-utilization sounds efficient on paper but creates corners cut in real life. We don't cut corners.

Maintenance protocol

What "weekly inspection" actually means.

  • Brake pad thickness and rotor wear measurement
  • Tire pressure, tread depth, and sidewall inspection
  • Hydraulic lift load test and limit-switch verification
  • Oxygen tank pressure check and regulator function
  • Gurney lock engagement and four-point tie-down audit
  • Interior sanitization with hospital-grade disinfectant
  • HVAC and air-filter check (we replace cabin filters every 8 weeks)
  • Headlight, taillight, and turn-signal verification
  • Onboard first-aid kit restocking
  • Driver-side dashcam SD card swap and footage archive
