Non-Emergency Ambulance
Two-EMT BLS transport for patients who require monitoring, oxygen, or stretcher positioning during transit.
Door-to-door non-emergency ambulance, wheelchair, and stretcher transport across the Greater Newark and Delaware Valley region โ staffed by certified EMTs who treat every patient like family.
Keystone LifeLine Medical Transport was founded in 2014 by Robert Hayes, a former hospital logistics coordinator who saw too many families struggling to arrange safe, dignified rides for loved ones leaving the hospital. What began with a single wheelchair van out of a Newark garage has grown into a fleet of nine modern vehicles serving more than 40 facilities across Pennsylvania.
We are not a 911 service. We are the quieter, scheduled side of medical transport โ the one that gets your mother home from dialysis on time, gets your father to his cardiology follow-up, and makes sure no one waits alone in a hospital lobby.
"They were on time, kind, and knew exactly how to help my husband into the van. I cried when they left โ in a good way."
