These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Keystone LifeLine Medical Transport website at sylhetambulanceservice.com and the transportation services we provide. By using our website or scheduling a ride, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Keystone LifeLine provides non-emergency medical transportation, including wheelchair van, stretcher, and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance services. We are not a 911 emergency provider. For life-threatening emergencies dial 911 immediately.

2. Booking and confirmation

Trip requests are confirmed in writing (text or email) before dispatch. A confirmation includes pickup window, vehicle type, estimated fare, and driver contact. Verbal-only requests are not considered booked until confirmed.

We accept private pay (credit card, check), Pennsylvania Medical Assistance, and most Medicare Advantage plans. For insurance-covered trips, the patient or responsible party remains liable for any balance not paid by the insurer.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Keystone LifeLine's liability for any single trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip, except where prohibited (including in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct). We carry commercial auto liability and professional liability insurance as required by state regulation.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with normal operation. All content (text, logo, code) is © 2014–2025 Keystone LifeLine Medical Transport, LLC.

8. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites (insurance portals, hospital systems). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, PA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
